Description from Classic Auctions: Produced by Jacques Plante’s Fibrosport company in Magog, Quebec, we have a fiberglass goal mask from the early-1970s, with this desirable specimen featuring a Hartford Whalers style paint job. A full 12" from top to bottom across the back, there is canvas strapping that most likely is not original, along with a plastic back plate. Some of the interior padding remains, with the surface featuring a Whalers design in solid green with "31" on the upper left side. The mask remains completely solid with minor surface wear including a few small chips to the forehead.
