Description: This jersey was worn by Johan Hedberg on 11/15/2011 at the start of the season. The Devils wore the KR AV patch for one home and one road game to start the season. The patch was in memory of Karel Rachunek and Alexander Vasyunov, who were among those that lost their lives in the tragic 2011 plane crash involving Lokomotiv Yaroslav in Russia. The Devils played the Predators in Nashville and won this game 3-2 in a shootout, which Hedberg stopping 29 of 31 shots in regulation and overtime and both shootout attempts he faced. The jersey shows some decent wear for the limited use, with a couple distinct puck marks on the body. There is a tear under the right armpit. This tear, and the puck marks, all match up to images of Hedberg wearing this jersey in action.
