In the spring of 1959, the United States National team defeated Norway, East Germany, Sweden, Finland and Czechoslovakia in route to a fourth place finish in that year's world championships. Presented here is University of Minnesota alum Jack McCartan's jersey from the memorable '59 tournament. Exhibiting solid wear throughout with a few unrepaired holes, the blue Durene gamer is untagged, while attractive tackle twill identifiers are on the front, back and sleeves.
