Description: This Avs jersey was worn by David Aebischer during his rookie season when he played 26 games. The jersey features moderate wear including some puck marks, light pilling, and an unrepaired hole to the right of the crest. The sleeves have been customized from the elbow to the cuff to make that area tighter. Aebischer was the first Swiss goalie to play a full game in the NHL and he put up some very respectable stats in his time with the Avalanche. The jersey features the 2001 NHL All Star game patch on the right chest. The Avs went on to win the Stanley Cup this season.
