Description: This amazing durene tie neck Sabres jersey was worn by Sauve during his rookie season. The jersey shows nice wear with a repair next to the crest and a series of repairs on the side/stomache area of the jersey. There is nice puckering on the crest and numbers. The nameplate is a great satin material that the Sabres used in this era.
Sauve played 9 seasons with the Sabres and teamed with Don Edwards to win the Vezina trophy in 1980.
